Public spaces shaped by the land they sit on.
Alder & Finch is a landscape architecture studio of eight people. We design parks, courtyards and shared gardens that work with local soil, water and weather.

How we work
Every site starts with a season of observation. We map where water collects, where wind comes from and how people already cross the ground, then draw only what the site needs.
We favour native planting, reused materials and details that a local crew can build and maintain. Our aim is a place that looks better in year ten than in year one.
